SINDHUPALCHOK, April 25: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also the chairman of CPN (Maoist Center), has reached Sindhupalchok to finalize the party's candidates in the upcoming local elections.
According to a source, Dahal arrived in Sindhupalchok to facilitate the selection of party's candidates for the local level election as the aspirants of party tickets are in large number in the district.

A joint meeting of party's committee of Province 3 and the district committee is being held at Equator Beach Resort at Sukute. The meeting is said to finalize candidates for all 12 local units in the district.
The source said that district committee is facing tough time in picking candidates for Chautara and Barhabise municipalities.
