In the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Tuesday, the proposal to extend the deadline by 15 days, put forth by Surya Bahadur Thapa, the chairman of the Parliamentary Special Committee, was passed unanimously.


The first meeting of the parliamentary committee, which was formed on May 28, was held on June 4. Earlier, the committee was given a three-month term, which is set to expire on September 7.
