TAPLEJUNG, Dec 10: A rape convict has been arrested after 28 years of life on the run. Purna Bahadur Limbu, alias, Krishna, 48 from Maiwakhola rural municipality-4 was arrested by the police from Fakumba-6 of the same rural municipality. Limbu was convicted of raping a woman by the Taplejung District Court in 2047 BS and had sentenced him to two years in prison and a fine of Rs. 3,062.50.
