JANAKPUR, September 12: Chairman of the CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli has arrived in Janakpur. Party leaders and workers have reached the Janakpurdham Airport to welcome him.

He was scheduled to come to Janakpur at 11.30 am on Monday, but he reached Janakpur almost two hours late. The UML district committee has organized a general assembly and party entry program at Tirhutiagchi in Janakpur.
Oli will initially participate in a program to be organized by the ‘Intellectuals Council’ close to the UML at Yatri Niwas. Leaders including local Nepali Congress leader Santosh Yadav are preparing to join the party. Yadav was defeated in the Dhanusha district chairmanship at the 14th convention of the Nepali Congress.
