Nine hurt in Parvat accident

BAGLUNG, July 31: Nine persons were injured when a microbus (Na 3 Kha 1675) heading for Baglung from Kushma of Parbat district met with an accident at Khurkot-1, near Nayapul in Parbat district Friday.



Among the injured are driver Tek Bahadur KC of Dailekh, his assistant Dipak Chhetri of Amalachaur, Baglung, Sujata KC (28) and Nabina KC (9) of Baglung Municipality-5, Nirman Thapa (15) and Mausami KC (16) of Rangkhani-6, Baglung, Ramraj Sharma (43) of Pang-8, Parbat, Dil Bahadur Nepali of Chitre-8 and Chandra Bahadur Nepali (43) of Chitre-9.



Among the injured, driver KC and his assistant Chhetri are undergoing treatment at District Hospital, Parbat and the rest at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital, according to police. The accident occurred because the microbus was in high speed, it is reported.
