KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Rajendra Dhakal, president of NGO Federation of Nepal (NFN) Morang, has been arrested on the charge of sexual abuse.
55-year-old Dhakal, who lives in Biratnagar-12, is also the president of Education Helpline and NFN Morang. The police arrested him from his home on Wednesday. He was arrested for sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy.

According to DSP Deepak Shrestha, spokesperson for Morang Police, Dhakal was taken into custody for investigation after receiving a verbal complaint. DSP Shrestha said, "Only a verbal complaint has been received against Dhakal. After receiving the complaint, the investigation will proceed further to take action according to the law.”
