MORANG, Aug 16: Police have arrested one person on the charge of raping two teenage girls in Morang. Based on the complaint, the Area Police Office, Belbari, arrested 35-year-old Josen Rai of Belbari Municipality-4 on Thursday evening.

Rai has been accused of raping a 16-year-old girl and a 19-year-old girl. The police are conducting necessary investigations into the matter.
