KATHMANDU, Aug 1: Various services provided by the Nepal Telecom will be affected for four hours tonight.
Nepal Telecom has stated that the services including balance recharge, package purchase and queries will be temporarily closed for four hours from 11 PM tonight to upgrade the billing system of Nepal Telecom.

Nepal Telecom has urged customers to purchase packages and balance recharges beforehand and said that other services like Mobile Voice, Data, SMS, PSTN/FTTH, Voice/ Data/ IPTV, will be available as usual. If any service-related problem such as Recharge/Package Subscription occurs, Nepal Telecom has advised the people to contact the following hotline numbers: 1498 and 198.
