KATHMANDU, April 23: Nepal recorded 81 new cases of COVID-19 along with 54 recoveries on Sunday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 1,306 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 41 PCR and 40 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the virus.
How to help vulnerable groups
There are currently 370 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 22 are in institutional isolation, three in ICUs and one on ventilator.
Meanwhile, the health ministry has urged one and all to take caution and also get a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
