KATHMANDU, June 10: Nepal recorded 3,749 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 5,293 recoveries and 59 deaths.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 9,901PCR tests and 5,337 antigen tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Of them, 2,874 PCR tests and 875 antigen tests turned out to be positive for COVID-19. With this, Nepal’s COVID-19 casetally has surged to 619,401 including 515,591 recoveries and 8,238 deaths.

There are currently 77,858 active cases of COVID-19 across the country.
The Kathmandu Valley recorded 764 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday. Of them, 540 were detected in Kathmandu, 99 in Bhaktapur and 125 in Lalitpur districts.
