KATHMANDU, Dec 13: The secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party scheduled for today has been postponed until December 14 due to the hectic schedule of NCP leaders, said Ishwori Rijal, secretary of the party central office.

The secretariat meeting held on December 9 called the meeting to review November 30 by-election results, discuss strengthening party organization and determine the agenda of the standing committee meeting scheduled for December 15.
