NC wins elections at Tadi Rural Municipality-1

NUWAKOT, May 15: Nepali Congress (NC) has won the local level elections at Tadi Rural Municipality-1.

NUWAKOT, May 15: Nepali Congress (NC) has won the local level elections at Tadi Rural Municipality-1.


NC candidate Nakul Dong has been elected ward chairman with 804 votes while his closest rival UML candidate Govinda Thapa got 556 votes. Similarly, Arjun Thapa of CPN Maoist Center has got 257 votes.

Likewise, NC candidate of rural municipality Narayan Prasad Pandey got 668 votes, UML candidate KP Lamichhane got 535 votes while CPN (MC) candidate Mansing Lama 380 votes from ward no. 1.


Earlier, CPN-UML won the elections at Meghang Municipality -1.
