JANAKPURDHAM, July7: The Nepali Congress (NC) Madhesh Provincial Assembly Parliamentary Party meeting held on Sunday has finalized the names of four provincial assembly members from the party who will participate in the government

According to sources within the NC, Sunil Yadav of Rautahat, Janardhan Chhetri of Parsa, Shosan Narayan Yadav of Dhanusa and Kaushal Kishor Raya have been picked to join the government.

Even though the NC discussed the names of four people, Madhesh Chief Minister (CM) Satish Kumar Singh has prepared to allocate the NC three ministries.

The NC has 22 seats in the provincial assembly. UML with 25 seats has four ministers in the government.

The CPN-UML also said that NC and their party cannot have equal status in the government. The UML has demanded that it should get one additional ministry after initially allocating four ministries to the NC.

CM Satish Kumar Singh has summoned NC and CPN-UML leaders to discuss this matter.

After the formation of a new political equation between the NC and the UML, they had agreed to give continuity to the Janamat Party-led government in the Madhesh Province.

CM Singh dismissed six ministers from the Maoist Center and the CPN (Unified Socialist) on Saturday to allow the participation of the NC and the Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) in the government.
