Krishna Mohan Shrestha, president of Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industries (PCCI), said they will set up Pokhara Pavilion in the event to showcase produces and services in the lake city.
PCCI is the co-organizer of the event.
The fair will have multiple events, including industrial and trade fair, handicraft fair, agricultural fair, floricultural fair, auto fair, IT fair and daily commodities fair, among others. The event will also feature folk song competition, musical program, folk dance competition and comedy shows, according to Shrestha. He further added that they would also offer daily prizes to the visitors.
The fair will have a total of 273 stalls, including 13 stalls of restaurants, 45 auto stalls, 33 stalls in Pokhara Pavilion, 17 agricultural and handicrafts stalls and 8 floriculture stalls, among others.
The organizers aim to attract more than 200,000 visitors and participants and are targeting transactions worth about Rs 8,775,000.
