KAILALI, June 20: A 19-year-old woman has been found dead under mysterious circumstances in Kailashpur, Gauriganga Municipality-7 of Kailali district. The woman, identified as Tulsi Nath, was discovered lifeless near her house, according to local police.
District Police Office Spokesperson DSP Rajkumar Singh confirmed that an investigation is underway. DSP Ran Bahadur Chand from the Malakheti Area Police Office, who reached the scene, said Nath had recently given birth.
