KATHMANDU, Sept 15: Newly-appointed Physical Planning Minister Kulman Ghising has announced the creation of a special fund to reconstruct damaged structures. He also requested Nepalis living abroad to contribute to this fund.

Assuming the responsibilities of the ministry, he said the cabinet will formally decide on the details of the fund. “We must immediately rebuild the damaged public structures,” he said. “The damage was caused by the outburst of anger, but now it is our responsibility to reconstruct them.”
