SURUNGA, Jan 29: A man has been arrested on the charge of raping his seven-year-old daughter. The 30-year-old father, a resident of Kankai municipality-1, was arrested by police on Tuesday.
According to the District Police Office, Jhapa, the man committed the heinous act under the influence of alcohol. The minor had been living with her grandparents, after she was left by her mother a few years ago. T
