HETAUDA, May 7: Three persons were killed when lightning struck them at Manahari rural municipality-2 and Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-16 in Makawanpur district on Sunday night.

The deceased have been identified as Bhimlal Syangtan, 30, of Manahari rural municipality-2, his three-year-old daughter, Bimala, and Krishna Bahadur Balami, 60, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-16, said Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Dilipraj Jha.
Similarly, critically injured Salina Shrestha, 15, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, has been referred to Chitwan Medical College, from Hetauda Hospital, for further treatment.(RSS)
