MAKAWANPUR, Nov 19: A three-year-old baby girl has been brutally murdered in Makawanpur.
The girl has been identified as Rubina Pakhrin, the daughter of Sher Bahadur Pakhrin, from Bagmati Rural Municipality-7, according to the District Police Office, Makawanpur.
Curious concerns
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at the District Police Office, Indra Bahadur Rana said that the girl could have been killed after being raped. Her blood-stained body was recovered from the banks of a local rivulet on Wednesday evening in a critical condition, according to DSP Rana. She was rushed to Hetauda Hospital, where the doctors pronounced her death.
Police have arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in the murder. The baby girl went missing from her home at around 3PM on Wednesday.
