At a news conference organized by the Revolutionary Journalist Association on Monday, leader Pun said that the participation of the Nepal Congress in the incumbent government would ease the constitution implementation process.
He added that the constitution would be fully implemented within two years.
Leader Pun further informed that over 400 existing laws should be amended and additional 150 new laws should be formulated for the implemented of the constitution. RSS
