KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Kumari Bank Ltd has appointed Siddhartha Capital Ltd as the issue manager for the bank’s 50 percent rights issue.

Issuing a statement, the bank said that Rajib Giri, acting CEO of Kumari Bank and Dhruba Timilsina, CEO of Siddhartha Capital Ltd, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
According to the statement, total paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 4 billion after the rights issue.
