In a bid to sensitize the proposal to promote Kavre as the E-district, CAN-Kavre is also organizing conferences on e-education and tele-medicine on the occasion. [break]
"We are planning to introduce tele-medicine service from Friday at a village where E-village program has been launched," said Manoj Neupane, coordinator of E-village project. CAN-Kavre has executed E-village program in seven VDCs of Mandan and Deupur areas.
IT exporters from Kathmandu, Kavre, Sindhupalchowk, Dolakha and Ramechhap will take part in IT-related programs on the sidelines of the fair. Organizers said around 50,000 visitors are expected till Sunday.
Niranjan Manandhar, CAN-Kavre president, said computers, mobile handsets, laptops, projectors, LCD, LED, inverter, solar lantern, wi-fi device, camera, printers are among the products, which will be showcased at the 60 stalls in the four-day event.
In addition to showcasing different products, participating companies will offer promotional schemes to customers.
