KATHMANDU, May 24: The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has recommended Bhadrakali Pokharel, acting secretary at the Judicial Council (JC), as the high court registrar.
Likewise, Deputy Registrar Yam Bahadur Budha has been recommended as the Secretary of the Judicial Council.

According to Ashok Chhetri, spokesperson for the Judicial Council Secretariat, this decision was reached during a meeting chaired by Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha on Friday.
Their appointments await the approval of the Council of Ministers.
