IBN signs MoU with KU

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Investment Board Nepal (IBN) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kathmandu University (KU) on exchange of study and investigation on infrastructure and energy.

Radesh Pant, CEO of IBN and Bhola Thapa, registrar of KU signed the MoU on Tuesday, said a press release.

As per the MoU, KU will provide intern students to IBN for different projects studies and provide vocational and technical trainings to youth of project-affected areas as well as provide manpower for study of different projects. Panta said that learning opportunity in project areas as well as imparting training for local youths will create technical manpower needed for the country, the release added.
