He spoke determinedly to arrest the culprits whoever they are. A special committee and task force from Police have been assigned to solve the case, Thapa added.
Birendra KC, the chief person of the special committee has previously walked out from the investigation due to death threats and has rejoined the team after strong backing from the government, Thapa said. He further added, the Intimidator will be caught soon.
On the death of Tarun Dal's leader in Rolpa, Thapa spoke about the political background of the culprit and victim family do not play a specific role in the investigation and that the investigation is currently going on.
Ram Manohar Yadav died due to bad health conditions in police custody, Thapa clarified. Police had arrested Yadav for waving a black flag to Vice Prime Minister Upendra Yadav.
