KATHMANDU, April 13: The prices of both gold and silver declined in the Nepali market on Monday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of gold dropped by Rs 400 per tola on the second trading day of the week. Gold, which was traded at Rs 297,100 per tola on Sunday, fell to Rs 296,700 per tola on Monday.
Gold and silver prices remain steady
Similarly, silver prices also decreased. Silver, which was traded at Rs 4,975 per tola on Sunday, dropped by Rs 75 to Rs 4,900 per tola on Monday, FENEGOSIDA said.
The FENEGOSIDA fixes daily prices for the domestic market based on fluctuations in the international market.
