KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Prices of both gold and silver fell in the local market today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), gold dropped by Rs 3,000, while silver declined by Rs 340 in today’s trading.

Today, hallmarked gold is being traded at Rs 303,500 per tola, compared to Rs 306,500 per tola on Thursday, marking a drop of Rs 3,000 in a single day. Similarly, silver is now priced at Rs 5,000 per tola, down from Rs 5,340 per tola on Thursday, reflecting a decline of Rs 340, FENEGOSIDA said.
