SURKHET, May 28: A pedestrian died after being hit by a tipper in Surkhet district.
The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Kamal Wali of Bheriganga Municipality–2, according to police.

The accident occurred when a tipper (registration number Ka Pra 02–001 Kha 0647) traveling from Kalpani Khola towards Satari struck Wali, who was on foot.
Following the incident, the injured was rushed to Karnali Provincial Hospital in Kalagaun by his father, Dal Bahadur Wali. However, doctors pronounced him dead during treatment.
