KATHMANDU, Jan 15: A pedestrian died after being hit by a bus in Syangja.
The bus numbered with the registration Ga 1 Kha 4150 traveling from Jayapate to Ridi hit a pedestrian in Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-7, Syangja on Monday at 8:50 AM. The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Ajit Bote.

According to SP Indra Bahadur Rana of the District Police Office, Syangja, Bote succumbed to his injuries on the spot after the collision.
