Gold price drops by nearly Rs 8,000 per tola, silver also sees sharp decline

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold was traded at Rs 270,000 per tola on Monday, marking a drop of Rs 7,900 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Dec 30: Gold prices in the local market witnessed a sharp decline on Tuesday, with gold priced at Rs 262,100 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold was traded at Rs 270,000 per tola on Monday, marking a drop of Rs 7,900 per tola.


Similarly, the price of silver declined by Rs 305 per tola to Rs 4,590 today. Silver was priced at Rs 4,895 per tola on Monday.
