RUKUM, Dec 30: Five people were injured in a bus accident that occurred at Nagakhola Bazaar in Bangad Kupinde municipality on Sunday.
The accident took place when the bus, Na 4 Kha 7146, en-route to Tulshipur Rukum West from Salyan district met with an accident this afternoon.

According to District Police Office, Rukum, a total of 40 people were traveling in the bus.
The injured are Premkala Neupane, 31, of Chauharjari municipality-1, Pramila Pun, 26, Mina Malla of Chauharjari municipality-5, Dilmaya Rokaya of Salyan Kumakh rural municipality-5 and Rita Nakal, 13, of Bangad Kupinde municipality-5, informed Area Police Office, Salleri.
The injured are receiving treatment at a local clinic. Their condition is said to be normal. The bus driver is at large.
Police said they are investigating the case.
