TAPLEJUNG, May 27: A house has been destroyed by fire in Phungling Municipality Ward No 8 Dokhu of Taplejung.
The house of Padam Palungwa, the former ward chairman of Phungling Municipality-8, was destroyed in the fire that broke out on Saturday morning.

Police Inspector Kushram Karki, Spokesperson and Information Officer of Taplejung District Police Office, said that the house was completely destroyed due to the fire and the details of the damage are yet to come. He said that the cause of the fire could not be revealed.
Karki also stated that the police team is at the spot and the details of the damage are being collected.
