Federal MP Ek Nath Dhakal nominated to the Int’l Relations Committee of HoR

KATHMANDU, April 29: Federal MP Ek Nath Dhakal has been nominated to the Foreign Relations and Tourism Committee of the House of Representatives. In the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Friday, Speaker Devraj Ghimire submitted the names of MPs who will be serving in various 10 thematic committees according to Rule 173 of the House of Representatives Rules 2079.

KATHMANDU, April 29: Federal MP Ek Nath Dhakal has been nominated to the Foreign Relations and Tourism Committee of the House of Representatives. In the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Friday, Speaker Devraj Ghimire submitted the names of MPs who will be serving in various 10 thematic committees according to Rule 173 of the House of Representatives Rules 2079.


MP Dhakal's name was placed in the International Relations and Tourism Committee. MP Dhakal, who is also a member of the first and second Constituent Assembly, is also the former Minister of Peace and Reconstruction of the Government of Nepal.

27 MPs from different parties including former Prime Ministers KP Sharma Oli and Madhav Kumar Nepal and former Foreign Ministers Pashupati Shamsher JBR and Narayan Khadka have been nominated in the committee as well .
