Inaugurating the motorcycle rally organized by Chhath festival organizing committee, Ranipokhari, at Ratnapark in the Capital on Tuesday, he extended his greeting.
He also assured that as a Deputy Prime Minister he will negotiate to form a foundation to manage the Chhath festival from the next year.
The rally started from Ratna Park rounded Jamal, Durbarmarg, Kamalpokhari, Gyaneshwor, Kalopul, Mitrapark, Gaurighat, Gaushala, Sinamangal, Tinkune, Baneshwor, Thapathali and concluded after it reached to Jamal again.
