KATHMANDU, Oct 11: The death toll from the outbreak of Dengue has reached 44, with the mosquito-borne viral disease spreading to 76 of the 77 districts in the country.

Dengue has so far been confirmed in 33,975 people since it was first reported in early August, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
