Addressing the 12th annual general assembly of Integrated Consumers' Association at Tinkune in the capital today, Minister Kharel added that the delineation of provinces could not be changed by imposing border blockade and causing pain to the people.He added that the provinces should be formed maintaining the unity among the hill, mountain and Tarai as per the geography of the nation.
Minister Kharel said that the issues raised from the home-ground could be discussed but not those from across the border. RSS
