KATHMANDU, Nov 14: Jeevan Ram Shrestha, the Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and a candidate for the membership of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Kathmandu Constituency-8, has promised to fulfill the people's aspiration for prosperity with the left-democratic alliance.
Minister Shrestha, while addressing a cadres meeting of the alliance in Kalanki, Kathmandu, said that the left-democratic alliance was formed not just for power-sharing but for national needs, and said that they will fulfill the people's aspiration for prosperity.
Aspirations leads to a better life
Saying that the alliance of the ruling parties will continue as long as there is a threat of regression, he mentioned that there will be competition between regression and progress in the upcoming elections. Asserting that the ruling coalition will get an overwhelming majority in the elections, he said that it will fulfill the desire of nation-building, protection of democracy and prosperity of the people.
Stating that CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli is trying to kill the constitution and democracy; he said that the alliance parties had become one in the election to save the country from regression.
