KATHMANDU, Jan 16: The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has permitted Crest Micro Life Insurance and Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals to issue their initial public offerings (IPOs).
Crest Micro Life Insurance got SEBON’s approval to float 2.250 million units of shares worth Rs 225 million. The insurer has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as issue manager.

Similarly, Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals has been permitted to float 1.8 million units of its primary shares worth Rs 180 million for the general people. The company has maintained Prabhu Capital as issue manager to sell its IPOs.
