The politburo meeting of the party has come to the conclusion that it was a result of failure to understand the spirit of the joint people´s movement.[break]
Party leaders (of various parties) shrugged of their responsibility engaged as they were on greed for power and selfishness without making constitution that was to guarantee peoples´ rights including that of workers, farmers, youths, students and women, which led to the CA dissolution, for which UCPN (Maoist) is to blame, the party said.
The party concluded that the country will only get a political outlet if election was held by fixing new date after forming a national consensus government uniting all agitating forces through an all-party meeting.
