Pradip Lamsal, 29, a resident of Kolbung was arrested by the Area Police Office in Pashupatinagar along with his second wife Bed Kumari Yogi. They had married just two days ago.
The Lamsal couple was arrested by police on the basis of a complaint by Pramila, the first wife of Lamsal. They were arrested from their home last night and are under custody at the police office.
A case of polygamy will be filed against the couple after fulfilling the necessary procedures, police inspector Padam Thapaliya said. RSS
