Hema Ojha, first wife of film maker Chhabi Ojha, has accused him of polygamy. Hema lodged a case of polygamy against Ojha at Metropolitan Police Circle, Gaushala on Sunday.

In the complaint letter, she has requested to take action against both Ojha and Shilpa Pokhrel for polygamy. “Despite being married earlier with me, my husband got married with Shilpa Pokhrel so I request for a prompt legal action against my husband Chhabi Raj Ojha and Shilpa Pokhrel.”
Mom of two sons, Hema stated that she got married to Chhabi in 1984 and her relation was normal. She further stated that she decided to file a case on the basis of marriage certificate of Ojha and Pokhrel. Actress Pokhrel had filed a case of domestic violence against Chhabi. However, later the case was settled in understanding and they are preparing to split.
