The gathering has also named provincial chiefs of the organization. This is second body of conflict victims. The Conflict Victim's Common Platform (CVPC) is already in existence since a long time and has been raising voice for justice.

The new organization of conflict victims has been formed at a time when the government is preparing for nation-wide consultation with stakeholders before finalizing the laws related to transitional justice.
