CIAA files case against eight people including former General Manager of Udayapur Cement Industry

KATHMANDU, Jan 24: A corruption case has been registered against eight people including Surendra Kumar Paudel, the then General Manager of Udayapur Cement Industry.

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) filed the case at the Special Court against the former General Manager of the industry Paudel, former Deputy General Manager Pawan Kumar Lal Karna, then Manager Bharat Prasad Nepal, Ninth level Officer Demlal Khanal, then Manager Kamal Raj Paudel, then Deputy Director duo (Prof.) Dhrub Bahadur Devkota and Mahesh Prasad Kafle.
