KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle arrived in Washington, DC, on Saturday, leading a two-member delegation.
Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of Nepal in Washington, Sharad Raj Aran, and other embassy officials welcomed Dr Wagle at the airport.

According to the embassy, Dr Wagle is scheduled to meet US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and World Bank Group President Ajay Banga during his visit.
The embassy said the finance minister will also hold other high-level meetings aimed at strengthening Nepal’s economic partnerships and cooperation.
