KATHMANDU, April 24: Customers have accused Kumari Pati-based Cherry Ladies Fashion Wear of swindling customers by charging exorbitant prices on goods and evading taxes.
The fashion wear does not provide bills to the customers for the goods such as readymade clothes and bags sold from the shop.
According to the complaints by the customers the fashion wear sells goods double the market price using a sales discount gimmick.

When asked for vat bills, the operator often denies saying that she does not have them.
The shopkeeper has to mandatorily provide customers for the goods sold as per the government rules.
The victims have demanded a stringent action against such shops for cheating customers and the government in the name of running business.
