Bromding Tourism Festival concludes successfully

Kathmandu, Nov 4: The ‘Bromding Tourism Festival,’ aimed at promoting and exploring the emerging and virgin tourist destination of Bromding, concluded in grand style on Wednesday. This event marked the first-time branding and exploration of Bromding, a picturesque location situated at an altitude of 2080 meters, full of natural beauty and enchanting landscapes.

Dignitaries and participants, including Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Government Shalikram Jamakattel, provincial Minister for Finance Bahadur Singh Lama, Vice Chairman of the Tourism Board Chandra Rijal, Chairman of Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality Krishna Thapaliya (Bibek), outgoing Chairman of the Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) and, Vice Chairman of the Tourism Committee of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Achyut Guragain, Executive of the Nepal Automobiles Association and Director Govinda Bhattarai, Chairman of NATTA Madhesh Province Mohan Sharma, Founder of Nepal Tourism Festival Bishnu Bibek, Xplus Riders Nepal, Singer David Shankar, Bromding Journalist and Campaigner Chandra Tamang, and various stakeholders attended the first-ever Bromding Tourism Festival, aimed at ‘exploring’ this new and remarkable destination.

In the Bromding Tourism Festival jointly organized by Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality and NTP Multimedia Group, Bromding has been announced as a new and virgin destination for tourists, featuring new aspects of Shailung and Daman.

Inaugurating the Bromding Tourism Festival on Wednesday afternoon, the Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Shalikram Jamkattel said that Bromding is an attractive and excellent destination for tourists and that now budget will be allocated and the road from Chalise to Bromding will be constructed with a commitment to build more infrastructures.

He also assured the provincial government's commitment to develop Bromding as a prominent tourist destination, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Himalayan range, making it not only an attraction in Dhading but also a major hub for tourists.

Furthermore, Chief Minister Jamkattel announced plans to pave the road from Chalise to Bromding and open a new route from Manhari in Makwanpur to provide direct access for Indian tourists traveling from Birgunj and Hetauda to Bromding.
