BIZ BRIEFS: New tour packages from Entire Travels & Tours

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Entire Travels & Tours has launched new holiday, corporate, personal and honeymoon tour packages to countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa and some Asian and European countries. The travel agents said in a statement Thursday that the packages will be delivered to clients in partnership with ThomasCook India Ltd. "The company will be delivering its services from 100 branches all over India from franchise partners of ThomasCook India," it said. The company said it will be aggressively working on advancing its market in the upcoming days.



Ncell subscribers to get free QFX tickets

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Customers of Ncell can enjoy movies for free at popular theaters of QFX in Kathmandu by purchasing recharge cards worth Rs 500, under its Movie Treat scheme. During the month-long scheme, subscribers who buy a recharge card for a Rs 500 top-up from any Ncell Center in Kathmandu and Banepa will get two QFX tickets, Ncell said in a statement on Thursday. The tickets can be used on any day between Monday and Thursday, and should be used before March 28, Ncell said.



CTC to open formally today

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Civil Trade Center (CTC) in Sundhara is coming into formal operation from Friday. Civil Group, the promoter of CTC has been organizing ´Mega Fusion Musical´ -- a cultural show from 8 am to 6 pm from Monday to mark the opening of the mall. The cultural show includes events like fashion shows, dance, and comedy and magic performances.
