Lifebuoy distributes prizes
KATHMANDU, March 22: Unilever Nepal Limited on Monday announced the winners of ´Lifebuoy Germ Fighter Drawing Contest´. The contest was organized with the vision of spreading awareness on the importance of washing hands to prevent diseases, and to encourage young talents.
Shyam Mandal of Bright Angles´ Secondary School was awarded the first prize, while Aanzu Sherchan of Kumudini Homes Higher Secondary School and Shagun Chaudhary of SOS Hermann Higher Secondary School bagged the second prize. Sakchi Kamat of Green Peace Co-Ed, Pappu Yadav of Budhanikantha School, Manish Rajbanshi of Radiant Reader´s Academy, Rakchhya Uprety of Nagarjuna Academy and Menika Chaudhary from Radiant Reader´s Academy bagged the third prize.
The winners were provided cash prize along with gift hampers, Unilever Nepal said in a statement. More than 7,000 students from over 100 schools participated in the contest.
Food Court lowers menu prices
KATHMANDU, March 22: The Food Court at NLIC City Center at Kamalpokhari has lowered it menu prices.
Issuing a statement on Monday, it said it had reduced price of breakfast served after nine during weekends.
“Just Mo:Mo Kitchen at the Food Court is selling varieties of foods stuffs in the range of Rs 85 to Rs 125,” the statement added.
