KATHMANDU, Aug 15: Universal United Nepali Taekwondo Federation (UUNTF), an organization working for the Nepali taekwondo players and coaches across the globe, has announced to honor Nepali Taekwondo medalists of Asian Games with cash prize. The organization has announced that the UUNTF will honor the gold medalist with Rs 500,000 each whereas Rs 300,000 and Rs 150,000 each for silver medalists and bronze medalists.

According to the press statement released by the organization, this announcement has been decided to motivate them and to encourage them for the better performance in international arenas in future as well.
Similarly, the organization has distributed tracksuit worth Rs 200,000 to the national players and coaches of Taekwondo who are participating in upcoming Asian Games which is scheduled from August 18 till September 2 in Indonesia. The organization has also wished players for their successful performance during the event.
