Rene Raya, an expert with the Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE), who has arrived here in connection with participating in a discussion programme on public-private partnership in education, said this while talking to the media. Raya said this deduction is based on international studies and experience.

The ASPBAE expert reiterated that it is the job of the community schools to serve the communities and children who lack access to education and to provide quality education to the masses. APSBAE has 200 members from 30 countries.

"There is no evidence as such in which the creativeity of the private schools has contributed to quality education," Raya quoted from the Global Monitoring Report (GMR) related to Education for All. RSS
